Chubbuck Technique

I am thrilled to be studying with Maria Psomas, the only teacher in NYC certified to teach the Chubbuck Technique. (Created by Ivana Chubbuck out in LA, who is credited with coaching Halle Berry to her Oscar win for Monster’s Ball). The class so far has been a blast – the work is exciting, my classmates are engaging and dedicated, and it’s a wonderful space in which to stretch myself.
